NOVA SHOTOKAN KARATE-DO
A New Approach to Karate

VISION

Create an organization that focuses on true spirit of Karate-Do

Focus on character and personal development through physical training

Develop the attitude and believe that your ability is your rank, not the color of your belt

Emphasis on self defense aspect of karate-do

A total workout for a healthier and happier you

 Our training method:

We Start with the end in mind.  Karate is a combatant sport, and even though it will take a life time to master it, we believe there must be an urgency in learning how one must learn to defend himself from day one.  So we emphasize on fighting techniques and fighting practices. We chisel away at the               undisciplined  way of fighting to the more refined Karate way of fighting.

What is karate way of fighting?  Control over one's mental and physical ability; incorporating proper offensive and defensive techniques; mental and situational awareness; and finally having the courage and the confidence in ones ability to defend himself or herself . â€‹

Our training will benefit all, regardless of age or gender

Children above the age of 7 and adults well into their senior years are welcome â€‹

Why should you join my Karate Class? As a skilled and experienced professional with over 50 years of Karate training, I know what it takes to succeed. If you want to learn skills to defend yourself or simply want to have a great workout,   you have come to the right place.

If you’d like to learn more about NOVA Karate training program, please feel free to call me or send me an email.
